HI FRIEND
SORRY BUT THIS MUCH RANK DONOT EXPECT MBBS IN ANY MEDICAL COLLEGE PRESENT ANYWHERE IN INDIA.
I THINK YOU CAN DROP THIS YEAR AND APPER FOR EENTRANCE NEXT YEAR.

i am sorry , there are nearly 55,000 govt medical seats are there in india , and with this much rank u donot have any chance for mbbs , if u want u can approach for prvatecolleges . 
but the fee structure will be more there . otherwise go for ayurvedic and homepathic study . 
else , drop this year and try again this year .
