Give as many exams as possible like AFMC AIPMT JIMPMER AIIMS.Take toppers suggestions for the preparation tips and also how the faculty of your coaching institiute matters alot if you are making a non self study. Look not only for mbbs but also bds ayurvedic unani variety of options available in medical sector. Research is also a very good option.
