dear hasan 
space average velocity is simply average carried in space domain integration of vdx over the space divided by integration of dx in space whereas the time average is simply integration over time . 
so, time avg velocity = integration of vdt / integration of dt 
space avg velocity = integration of vdx / integration of dx .
