As aiims , new delhi have only 72 seats for MBBS , then u should have to stay atleast AIR 100 , to get oppurtunity to study in aiims new delhi . 
still i am not sure u can , beacuse as its a no 1 medical college in india , and hardly anyone can miss the chance to join it . 
so, THE MAX AIR IS EXPECTED TO 100 , BUT LAST YEAR IT WENT TO 110 , DUE TO SOME STUDENT LEFT AIIMS IN MIDDLE . 
for that u need to score atleast 135 -140 from 200 in the aiims exam , and remember , its the most competetive entrance exam in medical stream . 
so, keep your concept by heart and understand the formula , 
questions are little bit calculation type , but with besic formula u can do it .
