dear candidate one can start prepartion for AIIMS medical entrance exam since 11th class because syllabus for any medical entrance exams includes class 11th and 12th both .study each subject in depth and theory is most important part for assertion reason questions asked in AIIMS exam
so deep knowledge of each topic in each subject is must for that two years of 11th and 12th classes are sufficient for qualifying AIIMS exam.

Aiims syllabus consisting of 11th and 12th part. so, u can start preparation from class 11th.. but keep 1 thing in mind that u should be have to good grasp over the concept that has been taught to u in class 9th and 10th. becoz in 9th u wl learn the besics. without that it will difficult for u to understand concepts in 11th..
so, read ncert atleast throughly in 9th and 10th ..
