YES IF WE SEE LAST YEAR TRENDS YOU CAN SECURE A SEAT GETTING 140+ MARKS.
OTHERWISE ONLY TOP 40 RANKERS GET PLACED THERE. SO IT DEPENDS MUCH N YOUR RANK AND RANK OF YOUR COMPETITORS TOO:}
OTHERWISE YOUR GOAL SHOULD BE 140-145+

if u can check the last 3 year trend . 
then , 2016 topper- 163 / 200 
2015 topper – 154/200 
2014 topper = 165/ 200 
and aiims new delhi have 72 seats , so, by scoring 140 , you can easily get a seat their 
all the best
