Undoubtedly NITW ia very good college for both mech and CSE. It is far better than COEP for CSE. But whether to take CSE in COEP or MECH in NITW depends on your interested branch and also location. It is better if you take your interested branch to enhance your career rather than taking uninterested branch in a good college. But if you are also comfortable in choosing Mech then go for NITW which is the best option you have.
