For getting admission in an institution, generally a domicile certificate is demanded which ensures that one is a resident of a particular area for past five years, so i think the same thing is applicable for you too, it hardly makes a difference from where you are , your category does not change if you change a place for studies,....and on the top try to visit the official weblinks of leading institutions and get admission in any of them – Maharishi MArkandeshwar Uni, Ambala,.......Inderprastha Uni, Delhi, Lovely Professional Uni, Phagwara
