yes , if you can get cse in vit vellore then thats excellent , vit vellore is a 3rd-4th toprank college in india , after iit , nit , iiit , and bits . 
so, you can join after getting cse in vellore , donot go for other campous . 
and with 130 , you can still get some good college , so, hold on till the reuslt and college preference , 
and then give me all the college preference you are getting ,
