no. its not possible that if someone does not clear the cut off of jee main and may ger admission in nits, iiits
admission is done on the basis of rank that includes score in jee main and as well as normalised board percentage

i hav got 67 in jee main ---sc category...will be eligible to appear 4 jee advanced?

last year cut off was 53 for ur category and today 10am ur final score along with cut off will be displayed on jee main website  so  hope 4 the best
in my opinion u will be able to qualify jee main  and  get ready for jee advanced

will i be able to get iiit allahabad ot iiitm gwalior in the conselling with 85-90% in cbse?

in my opinion its difficult 
but if percentage in board will be more than 90 than probability of getting iiit is increased a little bit
but no one can judge as counselling is just like gamblimg and depends  on luck
cut off is also necessary for estimation so just wait for today
