You may Wait and Watch, perhaps the link reopens ,but the chances for the same are very nominal....at the most you may try visiting the official weblinks of chosen top rated institutions to seek admission over there, to my mind you may choose any of these – Thiagrajar College of Engg, Madurai,...........The LNM Inst of Info Tech, Jaipur,............Lovely Professional Uni, Phagwara,............BHU, Varanasi
