getting any nit depends on ur rank that will be calculated using both cbse and jee main score
and will be dipalyed on 5 july if u r able to get around 93 in boards then there are little bit chances of nit ori iit 
otherwise chances are very less but dont loose hope try for upes, jaypee noida, chitkara university also these are also good colleges

IT s a very less score. But your entry to nits depend on your category and your board marks.

For getting in an NIT one must appear in advanced and that too with a very promising result,in your case it is honestly a No,but if you have scored good in Board then you may try at renowned private institutions like -
Nirma uni, Ahmedabad\
Lovely Professional Uni,Phagwara
JJTU, Rajasthan
VIt Vellore
