sir, my aieee air rank is 24394 in u.p. in fifth round i have got nit surat M.sc (chemistry 5 year integeted).but in 6th round I cannot get chance in nit. i go to counselling in U.P.T.U. IN 2 round counselling my u.p.t.u rank is 11349 .obc rank is 2800.i can get chance in j.s.s noida at I.C. branch.please give me list of good college in U.P. at this rank. please suggest me,

M.sc is the field where u will have to study pure sciences and in engineering u have study the application science used for technology purposes. U must decide urself that in which field do u has interest. But here with M.sc the name NIT is associated. But the option of Civil from NIT, Hamirpur is a better option than M.Sc from NIT, Surat.
