NIT Raipur although is not one of the top NITs but it still gives u the braand name of NIT, also since u are inclined towards doing M.Tech then it does nt really matter , from which college u have done ur B.Tech, coz most of the colleges conduct an admission test fr admission into M.Tech programmes as fr example IITs have GATE exam fr admission into B.Tech programmes. Also, if u are interested in doing Mtech or MS abroad, then also there are xams like GRE etc. So, it does nt really matter , which college u have had ur Btech if u qualify the entrance test. So, choose the subject of ur interst and go fr that colllege.
