i don't know much abt d ranking thing but i can say one thing dat dey hav written it on der webpage n since its a govt organisation dats why u can surely trust dem ,so feel relax abt ranking thing as i must say if der placements r dis much impressive den dey must be a well ranked institute n regarding ur query abt joining it i wud say if u hav got dis as d only choice den nothing is better dan dis but if der r some other option available to u den u must compare everything including coll rank, placements, facilities,before taking ur last call...as of now it is a very gud option....
