Please click on the following link to access your provisional admit card for AIEEE 2010 -
http://aieee.nic.in/aieee2010/aieee/Online/admitinput.aspx
Enter your application Number and your date of birth and you will be directed to your admit card.
I hope you have a xerox copy of the AIEEE form!
