My AIR in AIEEE is 109877 and state rank 11652 (overall).I want to will category ranks be used in any counselling and what are my chances of getting a good ollege couls you suggest me some good colleges

See actually to answer your doubt, I will have to tell you some functionality of the top colleges under AIEEE.
Your AIR will be used for counseling but every top college in AIEEE has got some seats reserved for every particular state in India. So it means even if you have a very good AIR and comparatively bad state rank, yu wont get a good NIT. But If you have a moderate AIR but a very good state rank, you might get a call for an NIT or other top colleges.
