sir,i am doing b tech(1st year,IT) from DEHRADUN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY,DEHRADUN. last year i got aieee air 79000.this year i am getting 137 marks.i am from OBC CATEGORY. which colleges can i hope to get? keeping in view that i am not going to take placement after b. tech. and i want to go for MS through GRE,should i change if i get a better college???
