What is the minimum marks that one should get in order to be called for the counselling? and do the colleges, which do not participate in the central counselling, see the state rank? and how do these colleges fill up the 10% reserved seats for AIEEE? All the collages participate in central counselling.. and yes rank is very important during counselling...
