a eukaryotes is any organism whose cells contain a nucleaus and other organeelas enclosed within membrane 
they are made up of cell membrane , and a normal with mitochondria are present in them .

Eukaryote is an organism whose cells contain a nucleus surrounded by a membrane and whose DNA is bound together by proteins (histones) into chromosomes. Cells of eukaryotes also contain an endoplasmic reticulum and numerous specialized organelles not present in prokaryotes, especially mitochondria, Golgi bodies and lysosomes.

Eukaryotes are the organism having true nucleus in their cell.True nucleus means nucleus surrounded by nuclear membrane.Nuclear membrane separates it from cell cytoplasm and other cell organelles.
