The people who drinks milks are called as vegetarian . 
Btw there are no such pre defined criteria by which we can diffrentiate the eggitarian and vegetarian people .

Hi!Aditi,
           The actual answer  is that the people who drink milk are Ovo-Lacto Vegeterian.
These are the vegeterian who do not eat meat,poultry,fish and sea food, but do eat the by-product like egg and milk.

According to definition of veg and non-Veg.answer would be Neither vegetarian nor aggretarian.But accurate answer is approx vegetarian.Because in this case no any animal gets neural pain.
