Dear student,
The question isnt clear, can you please rewrite the question. Its not clear what exactly you mean by “chanse 0.001 M of HCl (aq)”. Do you mean that HCl is concentrated, but that is not possible as the concentration is less.
Also its not clear as to what you mean by change the PH by one unit. DO you mean that the PH of the mixture or of NaOH should be changed by 1 unit.
