Its INFINITY
if you’ll take a small part of a big mirror sphere and a small part of another bigger sphere you’ll see that the small parts start flattening with increasing radiiss of the sphere
Hence in the above example the radius of the spheres can be taken as the radius of curvature of the small parts or mirrors
Similarly if you assume of a sphere with a radius very very big, a small part taken from it will be almost flat
And in the case of a sphere with a radius infinity, the small part will be flat
Hence radius of curvature of a plane mirror is taken as infinty because it is assumed as a part of a sphere with radius INFINITY.

The radius of curvature of a plane mirror is infinite as we can consider th sphere of which the plane mirror is a part to be infinitely
large.

The radius of curvature of a plane mirror is infinite Explanation:If we have a very big sphere of glass and we cut a plane mirror from it,it will be a plane surface with a very large curvature and hence considered as infinite
