The Gulf is home to around 5.5 million expatriate Indians and Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE)-affiliated schools are spread across the six Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.
According to the provision of admission to B. Tech courses, the IITs can admit 10% foreign students. Last year 120 foreign students appeared for the IIT-JEE. However, only six candidates could clear the examination. The IIT-JEE will be conducted simultaneously in Dubai next year.
The HRD Ministry has been asked to set up a centre in Dubai on the lines of the seven IITs to encourage foreign students for its academic programs.
This is indeed great news because any engineering aspirant can take the IIT-JEE, All Indian Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE) and Kerala State entrance exam from Dubai itself.
The Program
The core features of BAHRAINRIP1 & BAHRAINRIP2 courses:

Live Classes- absolutely live, watch what the IITian writes on the white board (the computer screen works as the white board), listen to what the IITian speaks and interact with him. You can also type in the chat box.

Test Series- This is designed by Ex-IIT professors and a group of 20 IITians. It is unique, and can only be accessed by students. The student can know his/her percentile rank out of all the students enrolled with askIITians.
Flexible Timings - The classes shall be conducted after school hours and during weekends as well. Classes are conducted 3 days a week for 4 hours each day.
You Never Miss a Class - Another benefit is that a student never misses a class, even if he/she wants to. Say, for any reason a student misses a class, we will send a link of the recording to the student. This way a student can view the recording and study accordingly.
Practice Assignments-The students are provided with regular assignments, topic and sub-topic wise. Assignments are equipped with solved answers and detailed explanations.
Special Classes - If a student is weak in a particular area of a particular topic or sub-topic, we will provide special classes as per the convenience of the students.
FINAL PUNCH Program - This gives a final touch to the IIT JEE Exam preparation. This is primarily a marathon revision session for PCM prior to the D-days.
