I have only few doubts regarding problem solving. Is it necessary to schedule an online session to get it solved?
- No, if you don’t want an online interaction and a written explanation suffices your requirement, then you should go for the “Post My Problem” service. It will save your time as well as money.
I have been finally selected in JEE with AIR – 429, but I have no clue regarding which branch/IIT to choose, and what department to select. Can I get any help?

How much time does a post my problem take to get answered?
What if I want to cancel my session?
- Once a session is booked you cannot cancel it however you can reschedule it according to the availability of teachers.
- You should reschedule your session at-least 12hrs before your session.
- If you reschedule it at-least 24 hrs before your session you can recover all your points. Within 12-24 hrs you get only 75% of the points i.e. there is a penalty of 25% points. And less than 12 hrs you don’t get any points i.e. there is a penalty of 100% points.
What are the hardware requirements?

- A soundcard
- One USB port
- An Internet Service Provider (ISP)
- A 128K (or faster) modem. For best performance a high-speed connection like DSL or Cable or any other broadband connection is recommended.

What if the server goes down during an online session?
- If in case your server goes down, our system would try again and again to reconnect and still if connection is not established then you can contact us via phone and we will compensate by rescheduling a new session for you.
