Scheme of Examination
The examination would comprise of two papers. The first paper would consist of three parts- Physics, Chemistry and Maths, with equal weightage. This paper would have all objective type questions for B.E and B. Tech courses.
The second paper is meant for B. Architecture and B. Planning courses. It would consist of Mathematics, Aptitude test and drawing.

Scoring:
Every objective question in AIEEE 2011 Papers will have four options, among which only one will be the correct answer. In case of a wrong answer, ¼ th of the total marks allotted to that question will be deducted. For an un-attempted question, no marks shall be deducted in AIEEE 2011 Exam.
If a question has more than one answer marked against it, it would be considered as an incorrect answer and hence negative marking will be done.
All the objective type questions in the two papers of AIEEE 2011 have to be answered on the specially designed answer sheets readable and gradable by machine. All answers are to be marked using a blue/ black ball point pen only.
