ISAT 2010
The first university that provides programmes and courses from undergraduate to doctoral level in Space Science and Technology in Asia is IIST. ISRO absorbs almost all the students even those with the lowest Academic performance in IIST to be scientists/engineers.  The Department of Space offers an assistanceship programme for all the B.Tech students to cover the entire cost of boarding and lodging along with the education.

The IIST test (ISAT 2010) provides admission to students for admission in the B.Tech programmes in Avionics and Physical Sciences (IIST Thiruvananthpuram)   and in Aerospace Engineering. Candidates from India are only eligible for ISAT 2010.

Paper pattern for ISAT 2010
The test paper consists of two question papers , both of the objective type.

Subjects: Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics
